There are a lot of myths around on what the EU does or does not do and who actually does the doing when the EU ‘does things’. Richard Corbett [Labour European Candidate in Yorkshire and the Humber] has published a really useful mythbuster on his campaign blog.

Arlene McCarthy MEP (sadly not standing again) together with the EPLP have published a comprehensive booklet on policy outcomes derived from EU level decision making ranging from health and the environment, social affairs, the economy, consumer affairs, traveling in the EU, reform of the financial system to investing in our regions and cities, etc. Making succinctly the progressive case for Britain playing a full and active role in the EU.
