Friendly people, but they tried to charge us way more than we actually drank. Not the first time something like this happens seen their reaction. Food was okay, but not great. Dear Juliealla, it is not our intention to charge more money. This situation is not common, so it should not stand out above the rest.
In the same way, we understand that you have not enjoyed the food. There are people who do it and others who do not. After confusion with my Spanish and the waiters English. Absolutely my fault I had my meal of Gambas con ahilo prawns in garlic oil and the salad didn't arrive. All ok I asked for "Tonto con Lomond" which the waiter said was free. Good customer service. Well done.
Thank you very much for your words and score. These situations usually happen much more than you think. We just had the worst dinner experience. Lured in by the beautiful Decor, great music, and cool vibe. One lonely waiter struggled to keep up, but that was fine Started with gazpacho soup, delicious.
Then a mixed salad. Looks nice and fresh but missing dressing and 2 key ingredients.
After a long wait we ask the waiter for some olive oil. Then the potato omelette with Iberian ham When we finally caught the waiter and point out there is no ham he tells us, yes, we have run out of ham.
But, we will give you a discount. Then, we decided to order dessert to save the night The waiter suggested 2 of them. We chose the cookies and cream with brownies to share. All for 6 euros. Then the bill comes with 4 euros for measley portion of olives and packaged crackerswhich were removed when our dishes came. Our bill was reduced a whooping 2 euros for the lack of ham.
So, all of this and Perrier and a Tinto de Verano was 46 Euro. Complete ripoff. Our most expensive meal in Seville without substance. We might be tourists but we are not fools.
We feel that you have not had a good experience with us. We will learn about these situations for the future so that they do not happen again.

Regarding the matter of prices, there are many people who value the products with which we work. So for one it is cheap, for others it is expensive. The service was great and whilst the Plaza was busy it still had a good atmosphere. Sit in the sun and watch the tourists go by. Thank you very much for your words so comfortable for us. We hope Lonely chics Seville enjoyed our cuisine. Thank you. The food was excellent and the desserts were off the charts.
The atmosphere is really cool with inside and outside dining and our waiter Franasco was great. We had the steak and salmon. For dessert make sure you get the creme de galleta and Torrington con crema. Thank you Sandbridgetraveler for your review.
We are happy to know that the treatment he had was very positive. Own or manage this property?
