Zeel is a great platform for seasoned massage therapists who want to work on their own time. The pay is very competitive and so far, I've only had great clients.
There is a combination of outcall massages, spa work and occasionally corporate events to choose from. Pros Flexible. Cons Difficult to get ahold of support when needed. I have been working for Zeel Massage on Demand for over 8 years and live it.
We are hired as independent contractors so there are no benefits. The flexibility of schedule is one of the best parts of the job. Clients are typically easy to work with and we can rate them Massage provider reviews the same way the clients can rate us. Pros Flexible Schedule. Cons No Benefits which is typical for the Career. Working as a massage therapist, the pay is way better than working at a spa or other rehabilitation center or massage setting.
Overall the pay seems good, however, if you count your commute time and massage request per day, you are not really making too much money as a massage therapist. I like the concept of this business, I personally see it more like a gig. You can work whenever you want.
You get notifications in the Zeel app provider when a client requests for therapist. As of right now, due to the pandemic, the work flow has been very low. I live in a main city and there is barely massages request per day.
But the career in general is not as busy as before. Now, as far as management, I do not know what to say. There is not much communication between management and therapists. There is no job advancement in my opinion other than the experience as a massage therapist.
The hardest part of the job is the commute and the transportation, specially if you Massage provider reviews caring your massage table with you and find no parking near the client's home. The most enjoyable part of the job is to do the job. I was hire over a year ago, and although I have not done a massage in a few months, I Massage provider reviews still employed by the company. There are no benefits that I am aware of. Pros Flexible work schedule. Cons Commute or transportation. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No.
You will have the opportunity to work in a way that fits your lifestyle. The work can be demanding because you have to transport your table and supplies to each in home appointment.
There are opportunities to work at spas and you'll only have to show up. Clients will sometimes have their own tables.
You can build rapport with your clients and they can prioritize you. You have to bid on jobs and sometimes you may not get them if you aren't prioritized. Be mindful of if you like to commute. Outside of a couple of hiccups, pay has been disbursed on time. I'd recommend you Massage provider reviews in decent physical shape as you may need to climb stairs if you choose and carry your table across short distances. This job allows you to be fully responsible for your own success.
Pros Flexibility and decent pay. Cons Physically demanding, jobs can be sporadic. Leave a review. Help people like you. Choose your your own days and hours. Menagment is terribleit's like you are dealing with a robbot who doesn't care about anything.
No matter how great you do your job for 2 or 3 years I a row you have just best reviews from clients and your average rate is 4. One day you have one not so great review. They dont send you offers etc. Yes There are 3 helpful reviews 3 No. App is dysfunctional, booking are not consistent so it's unreliable, no one responds to s, no screening of clients.
Pros Good pay. Cons Pro client, you are a dime a dozen. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No There are 1 unhelpful reviews 1. I like that I can work in all these states, manage my own schedule and Zeel pays extremely well. Pay is much better than spas or corporate franchises. Overall I had a decent time.
I also had many nice repeat clients. The money is better then spas. I had a few very scary experiences. One experience where a client tried to poison me. Zeel told me they took him off the App, but one can never be sure. Overall would not recommend for a long term career. Pros Repeat clients who like you.
